This Acceptable Use Policy (this "Policy") describes prohibited uses of the services offered by Keysoft, LLC ("Chrogenix," "we," "us," or "our") through the Chrogenix platform at chrogenix.com (the "Services") and the website located at chrogenix.com (the "Site").
By using the Services or accessing the Site, you agree to the latest version of this Policy. Violation of this Policy may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account and/or access to the Services.
1.1. You may not use the Services in any manner that materially degrades, disrupts, or interferes with the Services or other users' use of the Services.
1.2. Illegal & Fraudulent Activities: Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations. This includes but is not limited to the dissemination of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), promoting fraudulent schemes (e.g., Ponzi or "make-money-fast" scams), and identity theft.
1.3. Infringing Content: Content that infringes or misappropriates the intellectual property or proprietary rights of others, including wholesale copyright infringement (piracy) or hosting unauthorized streaming services.
1.4. Harmful Technology: Viruses, malware, Trojan horses, or any technology intended to damage systems and/or surreptitiously intercept data.
1.5. Impersonation: Creating an avatar that impersonates a living individual without their explicit written consent, or creating an avatar of a deceased individual without legal authority (e.g., as estate representative or executor).
2.1. Deceptive Synthetics: Using the avatar or voice cloning features to generate synthetic media intended to deceive, harass, or defraud, including but not limited to non-consensual sexual imagery or deepfakes.
2.2. Misrepresentation: Presenting AI-generated avatar responses as genuine human communication in contexts where the recipient is unaware they are interacting with an AI, except through designated Chrogenix features (e.g., access key sharing, family chat, Telegram integration).
2.3. Harmful Content Generation: Attempting to manipulate the AI avatar to generate content that promotes violence, hate speech, terrorism, self-harm, or illegal activities.
2.4. Voice Cloning Abuse: Using voice cloning features to clone the voice of any person without their explicit consent, or using cloned voices for fraudulent, deceptive, or harassing purposes.
3.1. Unauthorized Access: Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system, or attempting to access other users' accounts, avatars, uploads, or data without authorization.
3.2. Denial of Service (DoS): Inundating the Services with requests or traffic intended to render them ineffective, slow, or unavailable to other users.
3.3. Circumvention: Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with security features, rate limits, message limits, storage limits, access controls, or usage restrictions of the Services.
3.4. Reverse Engineering: Reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive the source code or underlying algorithms of any part of the Services.
3.5. Automated Access: Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access, collect, or extract data from the Services without explicit written permission.
3.6. Vulnerability Disclosure: Exploiting discovered vulnerabilities or publicly disclosing them before a fix is available. Discoveries must be reported privately to Chrogenix at security@chrogenix.com.
4.1. Email Requirements: You may not use temporary, disposable, or "dead-drop" email addresses for your Chrogenix account.
4.2. Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts to circumvent rate limits, storage limits, message limits, free-tier restrictions, or enforcement actions is prohibited.
4.3. Spam & Abuse via Sharing Features: Misusing access keys, family invites, or Telegram integration to distribute unsolicited messages, spam, phishing links, or deceptive content.
4.4. Access Key Misuse: Sharing your access key publicly or in a manner intended to facilitate abuse, harassment, or unauthorized commercial use of the avatar.
5.1. Prohibited Uploads: You may not upload content that contains or facilitates: child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual intimate imagery, malware or executable code disguised as documents, stolen personal data or financial information, or content obtained in violation of any law or third-party agreement.
5.2. Third-Party Content: You may only upload content that you own, have created, or have explicit permission to use. Uploading copyrighted material without authorization (e.g., entire books, commercial recordings, proprietary datasets) is prohibited.
5.3. Resale & Redistribution: Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing access to the Services or any content generated by the Services, including AI-generated avatar responses, is prohibited without explicit written permission.
6.1. Executor Responsibilities: Designated executors must act in accordance with the avatar owner's stated wishes and the terms of their legal authority. Executors may not use their access to modify the avatar in ways that misrepresent the owner's values, personality, or intentions.
6.2. Death Certificate Fraud: Submitting fraudulent, forged, or falsified death certificates or legal documents is strictly prohibited and may be reported to law enforcement.
6.3. Time Capsule Abuse: Using time capsule messages to deliver threats, harassment, or harmful content to recipients is prohibited.
7.1. Investigation and Action: Chrogenix reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to investigate, suspend, or terminate access to the Services if Chrogenix determines that a user's conduct violates this Policy or poses legal, regulatory, security, reputational, or operational risk to Chrogenix, the Services, or other users.
7.2. Reporting to Authorities: We may report suspected illegal activity to law enforcement, regulators, or other appropriate third parties. This may include disclosing appropriate user information and cooperating with investigations into illegal conduct.
7.3. No Monitoring Obligation: Chrogenix has no obligation to monitor user content or activity and does not assume responsibility for user content. However, we reserve the right to review content or activity at any time.
7.4. Appeals: If your account is suspended or terminated under this Policy, you may appeal by contacting support@chrogenix.com within 30 days of the action.
